Products very well priced, lower than most. Service is great, delivery and updates on delivery excellent. Great range of products for all purposes.
I bought a Telesteps telescopic ladder, which was delivered quickly as always is the case with purchases from Toolstop. Unfortunately the item was delivered in the original manufacturers cardboard box with no additional packing and nothing to stop the box bursting open, which it did. The ladder is a heavy item, around 17 kg, and it should've been clear that the original manufacturers box was inadequate for sending to a customer via courier.Otherwise I would've given Toostop five stars

Cant fault them. I had a few questions before purchasing a nail gun, the guy was really helpful. I placed the order and it arrived next day as promised.
Excellent service. Competitively priced with fast and free delivery. Would certainly reccomend and use again.
Received my parcel on day said would be though little late no problem as I was in. Nice driver clean, tidy & well mannered. Box well wrapped securely as yet not opened up yet.

This is the first time I have used tool stop I ordered a 230mm hikoki 240v angle grinder and bosch diamond disc,delivery time was pretty good I recieved my order in a few days but only the angle grinder arrived no diamond disc,I had to message toolstop and tell them what had happened and they sent me the diamond disc out on next day delivery which was good but a little annoying as I only ordered 2 items in the first place,its hard to see how it went wrong.I wasn't that impressed if im honest,also toolstop didn't even offer me anything as a way of compensation for having to wait longer for my order,so I'm not sure if I would use them again to be honest.
